| About Our Shipping |
Shipping charge in the Continental US is $100 for all bikes. Delivery is to
your door.
Shipping charge on Izip scooters is only $30.
We inspect and repack every bike before it goes out. Most models come in
two shipments. The battery pack is shipped separately in order to reduce
the weight of the electric bike.
There is no shipping or handling charge if you pick your electric bike up in
Austin. See the map below for directions.
We ship products Monday - Friday. Shipment is usually made within 48 hours
after payment is received.
We use the best value shipper (UPS, Fedex, DHL) with the fastest delivery.
This means that you will receive your products within 5- 10 days.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships, you can then
track the package from the shipping company's website with your tracking
number.
All shipments are insured. This means that YOU are insured against damage
or loss by the shipping company. Do not accept your shipment if there is
damage. When you sign, you have accepted your shipment with the
shipping company as received in good condition.
If there are any problems with your delivery, contact us and we will help you
file a claim.
