Return Policy
We accept returns on defective products, parts, or accessories for
seven days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not
refundable. Defective parts must be returned within 7 days.
Any return of non-defective bikes, parts, or accessories must be
approved by R Martin and will be subject to a 25% inspection and
repackaging fee. Damages that occur during shipping are the
responsibility of the individual returning the bike or parts and will be
deducted from any refund due.
Returns are never accepted on products that have been used. All
returns must be in new condition.
Warranty Policy for R Martin Labeled Products (See Izip below)
All R Martin Electric Bicycles and electric bike parts carry a 90 day
warranty that begins on the date of delivery according to the tracking
data provided by the shipping company. Damage resulting from
shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company and the
purchaser is responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping
company. Defective parts will be replaced within the 90 day period.
Defective electric bicycle parts must be removed and returned to R
Martin. In some cases, defective part return may not be required for
replacement. Contact us immediately with any warranty issues.
The EVD products are warranted by the manufacturer. See your product
description information supplied with the product.
