We now are using the latest and
greatest LFP batteries. These last up to
twice as long as lithium-ion batteries.
The L1 is much lighter than other
electric bikes. It has an alloy frame and
the lithium battery is about 1/4 the
weight of traditional SLA batteries. The
L1 weighs only 50 lbs with the battery
installed.
The L1 has a 36 volt, 10 amp hour
battery pack that is perfectly matched
to the high quality 250 watt motor
(400W Peak). The battery pack locks
onto the bike and can be easily
removed. The battery pack weighs only
7 lbs.
You can easily get more than 25 miles
per charge without pedaling and much
more if you pedal assist part of the
time. We have customers that get 50+
miles per charge in pedal assist
(pedelec) mode.
The L1 electric bike is built with hybrid
styling. The straight across handlebars
allow the rider to sit in a more upright
position. The tires are a medium width
hybrid type for a comfortable ride.
